Just in time for the exam season (ace...), Perspectives has a new editing team! Congratulations to the new editor Jonny Goggs, who is replaced as deputy editor by Peter Gambrill. The ConLibs might be cutting back in the coming year, but that doesn't mean we will be - Perspectives will come back next year both bigger and better than before. Honourable mention must go to outgoing editor Rory Kinane, who has done an exceptional job on the magazine this year. Have a good summer all of you, and when you return in the autumn - get writing!
Take it easy,

Second Issue online now

Hey everyone please check out our new issue -

http://www.mediafire.com/?zyjqmx1t0gn

Thanks for all the people that contributed. The next issue will be an election special so think about: -

- People have died for the vote, we must use it.
- Don't vote it only encourages them.
- Labour deserve a 4th term.
- The Conservative party is ready to lead.
- Liberal Democrats - power in sight.
- Voting Green is the only choice to save our environment.

OR perhaps you want to call the next election, will it be a hung parliament, will Brown hang on or will Cameron sweep in?

OR anything else - remember is written by students for students - you make this magazine!

First Issue is on the Way!

I sent the first edition of Perspectives to the printers yesterday and I am hoping to have a few hundred to distribute on campus by the end of the week.

A massive thanks to everyone who contributed. I was amazed at how much was sent in and genuinely surprised at how quality it all was. Because of this, please do not be disheartened if your article has not made the first printed issue. I had three times as many articles as I could print! Also I have decided to pair up many articles to give each edition themes. For example in the first issue you will see two articles on MPs expenses. For the next issue I have several articles on education and Russia that I want to put into sections.

Anyone who missed the deadline don't give up! Please send me contributions anytime and I will put them on the blog and possibly print them in the next issue.
